## Original materials and permissions

The browser adaptation is based on N v2.0 and incorporates original game materials, including code, levels, artwork, animations, and audio.

Metanet Software's published End User License Agreement restricts modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, redistribution, and the creation of derivative works without authorization, subject to applicable law.

No express permission from Metanet Software to redistribute the original materials or publish this browser adaptation has been obtained.

The project's non-commercial nature, attribution of the original creators, and public availability of the original game do not independently establish permission to reproduce, adapt, or distribute copyrighted materials.

## Rights and removal requests

All intellectual property rights relating to the original game remain with Metanet Software and their respective rights holders. No ownership of the original game or its protected materials is claimed.
